The system starts with the Diary. This allows you to see at a glance all jobs which are currently booked in for any particular day. Jobs can be booked in in advance, and first thing in the morning (or last thing the night before) all jobs can be automatically raised, and job cards printed simply by a click of the mouse.
When you use the Comtass SQL workshop diary, anyone can see, simply by clicking on the calendar at the top of the screen, what the loading is, and what jobs are booked in for a particular day. If someone books in a job, then phones in to change the day, you simply click on the job and then click on the new day on the calendar – it really is that simple! When you are ready, the system will create the jobs, and print the job cards.
