| In each Comtass SQL installation, there is a database containing the details of the layout of each form. The user selects this program, selects the document which is to be set up then selects the table from Text, Lines, Shapes and Images. The horizontal and vertical positions can then be changed, as can the height and the width, and the user can specify a font, and bold and italic attributes. Images can be .jpg, .gif, .bmp or .tif which covers most options. This system is ideal for adding seasonal graphics (e.g. for Christmas) or extra information to promote changes or special offers. This is a feature which none of the major accountancy suppliers are able to offer!
